I didn't take the time to research and add the ticker symbols in, but it looks from the $LIGA litigation that they were almost as much a victim as their shareholders.
Maybe the most interesting thing is the SEC going after the whole team surrounding the toxic funder. It should make anyone considering representing these people think twice.
