Airys, next time you speak with Petar, please ask him what happened to the several tens of millions of dollars in market cap that were lost when the stock crashed. That was our money with which we bought the company shares - the money existed. Where do you think that money went? I'd like to hear his answer to that question.

"For a 20 year old company, I'd say we are undervalued right now."

lol ... since when the number of years a company has been in business adds to company value? usxp has been in business for over 20years, you think that is a valuable company with over 12bil o/s trading @ 0.0045 or something after 20 years? youtube on the other hand has been in business for one year or so and google bought them for some $1.5bil. its all about how you conduct business IMO.

what is the company worth? no proven accomplishments other than it is looking like they bought Sam's and it is probably within SLJB. other than that, i can't think of a thing the company PR'd or asserted that they have brought into provable being for the stockholders. how much does one pay for inventory, equipment, facilities and a discounted number for future revenue/profit of Sam's and Sulja Brothers Building Supplies, Ltd.? It's not a big number.

Airys, why don't you tell us what "attractive" AF numbers would be?...please remember that the unaudited financials had $65 million in revenues and $26 million in pre-tax income

re:Tell you what, if the AF numbers come out and they are attractive, I bet I know a few people that would probably get together and buy this company flat out.

Airys

How can the numbers in the AF be attractive when the company needed to raise millions of dollars?

If that is the case Air..Then WHY did a 20 year old company
with positive NET profits have to issue 6-700 million shares

Doesnt make sense..they should of bought back 3-4 hundred of them..Dont you agree?

SLJB is probably the ONLY pubically-traded company in which the principal officers and directors do not own any of the stock. This is either a new business model and no other businesses know about it or as a business model all other businesses have decided this is not the way to go. In any event, this business model does seem to be working for PV, Steve, Andrew (?), et. al. but as a stockholder I have to say it is NOT working for me. Management seems to have nothing to gain or lose whichever way the stock price goes. There something not right about that imo.

Correction: SLJB is probably the ONLY publically-traded company in which the principal officers and directors do not own any of the stock. This is either a new business model and no other businesses know about it or as a business model all other businesses have decided this is not the way to go.
