Correction: SLJB is probably the ONLY publically-traded company in which the principal officers and directors do not own any of the stock. This is either a new business model and no other businesses know about it or as a business model all other businesses have decided this is not the way to go. In any event, this business model does seem to be working for PV, Steve, Andrew (?), et. al. but as a stockholder I have to say it is NOT working for me. Management seems to have nothing to gain or lose whichever way the stock price goes. There something not right about that imo.
