In the webcast about a week ago Richard also talked about the possible funding from the ME was a larger amount than what USXP put out in press releases in early 2006. IMO, if we get a release about some large funding that is 100% confirmed, that will cause this stock to take off IMO. As of right now I think most investors are looking for the large funding vs. the collection of the 700 million.
