When you say "implementing" trials in other countries do you mean adding additional trial sites because recruitment has been so slow? Heck I remember posts here in August 2019 saying anavex would have PDD readout by the end of 2019 and here we sit in the last quarter of 2020 with no readout but I 100% hope they readout tomorrow or this week or ASAP on the chance it can help.
If AVXL were legit, they would have continued in the USA, as it was, they needed to search the world to find the right country and conditions to continue propagating their fraud for an extended period of time...
