I'm not loosing any focus here at all sir. You cannot renew a patent after it has expired at all, that is why they give it so many years in the first place. I have two patens myself that are expired from the 70's, once it expires anyone can copy the product without any repercussions, my products were stolen within five year's after getting the patens and because of the cost of over $900,000 to have taking it to court I could do noting about it. All I'm pointing out here is that it can be copied if it is expired the only way to protect the product such a drug is to get a copy right on it and that is good for what I believe is 50 to 60 years something like that. I would be concern if someone else could duplicate this products to be sold under another name and especially the Chinese. GLTUA (ENZC)
