Oral prednisone and dexamethasone are the currently recommended systemic steroids for moderate to severe asthma exacerbations.

So now Trump and i do have something in common. Difference is his dexamethasone would be stronger
than the corticosteroids in the asthma sprays i've been on since they replaced pills. Some 50 years now.
