Sure, why not? If he promotes a mining claim using that garbage report by his septic tank buddy in Texas, I would not put anything past him. Remember, this is the same guy that said there were "billions in mineral reserves". Anybody willing to state something fraudulent like that is probably not shy about "enhancing" some concentrate sent to a smelter.
