Rick Gibson of Hotventures funded Dennis back in 2011 when they were at the ASU Skysong Center after creating the spinoff from UNB. While Rick still owns DPLS stock, that funding relationship ended around 2013/14 timeframe when Darkpulse went dormant for a number of years.
