Clever manipulation of GIFX shares by Market Makers. No news or other motivation to drive GIFX share price, so it has to be manipulation.

Moreover, and more importantly - is the Bid is fake as a broken wooden nickel and non existent.

$200 to $500 lousy bucks of these worthless shares (no market maker is going to get stuck holding even $500 worth of this 3 year faux reverse merger CAVEAT EMPTOR and SKULL & CROSSBONES shell-con crap) just $200 bucks being dumped into the faux Bid and this POS craters 40% or more in a NY micro second.

It did it twice just last week with INSTA 30% to 40% mega drops, tagging 3 CENTS from the fake-pump phony Ask of .05X = ultimate trap-n-con fraud shell corp with TOTAL ill-liquidity and thus a dangerous trap-n-con prototypical off-shore OTC scam and fraud !

Buying this POS = a total OTC scam as ill-liquid as drying concrete = the widow maker lose all proposition of all gray sheet trash :)

40% losses in 30 minutes or less from the fake Ask to the phony non existent Bid :)

"GLOBAL CONGLOMERATE" Can't Keep $20 buck highschool built 2-bit POS "website" (it was built by a shareholder and thus .NET and not the .com they once had but could not afford to pay the domain renewal as GIFA INC is gone in the TRNC )

What supposed legit "mega $billion dollar company" CAN NOT keep a lousy nothing website up and running ?????

Kisa-the-CON and pimp claims to "employ over 300 people in the TRNC" (his prior lies on Twitter-con and in Yeni Bakis were he employed over 1,000 at GIFA-CON) = he'd be EASILY the largest employer in the crap hole TRNC and probably all of Cyprus in their collapsed non country un-economy.

BUT, NOWHERE in any real news source (meaning NOT Yeni Bakis) can one find the words, "GIFA INC" or any variation thereof mentioned- except a few "real news" articles discussing CRIME and ARRESTS related to a few con men named Yusuf Kisa and Illksen Yesilada (he received 90 MILLION shares of GIFA-CON and in the ONLY SEC FILING THEY MADE is stated as "controlling GIFA") those are the ONLY real news mentions of GIFA, GIFA INC, and GIFA-CON.

One will not find any other "news" in any of NUMEROUS legit newspapers that exist on Cyprus or anywhere else on this planet = FRAUD and a penny con off-shore scam :)

There's a filing for some QUADRUPLE ZERO OTC POS special (.000X per share, YIELD SIGN on OTC MARKETS) - and Aul is the "attorney opinion letter writer" on that total scam POS, as recent as June 2020, with the SAME ADDRESS ON THAT LETTERHEAD TO THE OTC MARKETS as is the supposed "GIFA USA HEADQUARTERS" listed on the 2018 NV secretary of state out of date "GIFA Officer list" (never renewed since 2018) - how is that possible?

He's now working from the virtual office "Hotel Circle North" aka "GIFA WORLD HEADQUARTERS" and also "headquarters" he's used to peddle many other penny stocks such as "Canadian gold miners" gone bust, etc.

I guess Aul will do "legal work" for pretty much ANY OTC POS - as long as the "check clears" as they say ???
