If everyone were to say - well I didn't get in at the bottom so I'll have to look elsewhere - no one would make money because no stock would go up lol. It's about fundamentals and development of company's that move stock up or down. In this case there is a lot of upside with the potential news that could come so buying at these levels is probably pretty safe and lucrative in the long run.
