Clrealy conservatorship was a fraud started by the Hank&co and perpetuated by the Barry&co.

SCOTUS should reverse all the frauds committed by the FnF Conservators and not just the NWS.

Da Gooberment cherry picked ingredients from receivership to rationalize embezzlement of shareholders equity under a mock conservatorship in an attempt to deprive individual citizens of their property for the "greater good" of society without compensation by virtue of claiming shareholders still retain title to said property while Gooberment has recorded an easement over the entire property encompassing the full bundle of ownership rights of said property then posting a no tresspassing sign that only applies to the private owners of record leaving them less than zero rights to their own property now occupied by the public.
Such an abomination of law could only be created by legislators on crack cocaine imagining they've cleverly complied with the Constitutional Law of the Land taking the very land upon which the Constitution stands leaving the Constitution to magically float in the clouds.
