Last available 10q has issued at 2,482,699,475. May have been some more issues after that but not likely less - although I think there were some warrants that may have expired since the company went inactive but not likely a significant effect on share structure. Given their issuance record my guess is somewhere around 2.8 billion if they still issued some share for a quarter or two since their last 10q.
