Please read the third paragraph (it's in bold) at the top of this webpage.
That pretty much sums up what a number of us have been saying.

Also, look at the last page of the latest 10-Q filed by Mr. Cooper Group, Inc. (fka "WMIH Corp."). You will see that Bray signs off as CEO.

If you do a search at this Delaware site you will find that there is no corporation named WMIH anymore. The name was changed to Mr. Cooper Group, Inc. in July, 2018.
