It is interesting’, that it's always been a simple amount of Press Releases and unaccountable blurb C&P(r's), (“jw-claw-flow, etc. etc.”), That have been putting forth, that the currently trading “COOP”, Is All There Is, When The Company’s SEC 10-Q’s and 10-K’s “CLEARLY” Deny That Simplicity, Not to mention the application of 382(g), and the REIT 90% Rule'

The Trusts were kept separate from the WMI Holding Company, and in doing so, able to be kept separate the WMI Holding Company’s Bankruptcies, now thankfully closed as of 12/20/2019
