Dennis. Do not think that people, who would like a new arena to discuss our investment, do not know the landmines on our way. We certainly do, and would certainly discuss the negative aspects, too. But we also could learn to shut our mouth after we told the FACTS - not rumours - about the possible forthlying danger, and not drum our opinion all week long. That way it loses its meaning very quickly. That's the problem of this board: too many bashers too loud. They eat each others' "bread".
Where else in your life would you tolerate somebody always having only negative things to say? In your workplace, in your children's school, in your golf club, in your family connections, in your social life?? Don't you think you'd get kicked out of circles if you only remember to remind your working mates about old errors they have made?
Ignoring posters here does not work for all members or readers.
