I don't think the deal with Samsung will make a difference. As I said, there are plenty of ways to access Kartoon Channel, a few more won't make a difference.
Also, lawsuits for making misleading statements are not a big deal. Companies get hit by them all the time. The big difference with GNUS, is the number of shareholders it affects and the money involved versus the size of GNUS.
Between June 3 and 4th, over 80,000 Robinhood members bought GNUS shares. And, about $3 billion worth of GNUS stock traded on June 4th.
