GOV can

say SPS is paid for money due

sell WTS to Fannie for 10B

and have a normative capital requirement with 2-5 years of keep profit

not a dime of GOV money moves to F and F - and we are free and not very diluted (say 4:! from SPO)

does not require one dime of cash

again - another reason to wonder if there is any desire to move in our direction by this Administration -- or to talk and act out of both sides of their mouth and reality feet
