A number of theories have circulated suggesting that alot of these issues are related to Big Pharma conspiracies or gag orders from DOD but I'm beginning to believe that these guys just can't get it together.

The real issue here is why are outside agencies like the FDA and peer review holding this up after companies like NVAX and MRNA were pushed right through

Personally, what you saying has merit and I think it opens the doors to an acquisition by Big Pharma. At the moment, the shareholders including institutions may see that as a positive development. The potential is for much higher appreciation being independent but the management team may not have the business savvy to steer through these waters. In addition, Big Pharma has better business skills and connections to realize the science for shareholders and world.
