Unfortunately the Company itself must complain to Twitter about the impersonation:

If the Company thinks it's important I suspect that it's an easy form to submit and the impersonation is easy to prove. Once it is shown that they are using the Company's logo (https://twitter.com/InnovationPhar5/header_photo) and the Company hasn't authorized the account, Twitter would be quick to delete it. They've got enough other trouble.
