The other problem is they haven’t made a single dollar with it...since at least two years before they went public.
Dennis has never been able to commercialize it. Nobody is buying it. Not when he had venture capital funding in AZ, not when it was a dormant private NY company, and not since it went public via RM with KLMK...despite selling over a million dollars in convertible notes in the first year.
That seems to be the only thing he can sell....LOL....convertible debt.
