The USPTO themselves contradict Dennis's statement
Agreement with the University of New Brunswick, Canada (“the University”), pursuant to which the University sold, transferred, and assigned to the Company certain patents related to the University’s BOTDA dark-pulse technology
Per your request below, we can only confirm what has been made public and can therefore only confirm that certain patents were assigned by UNB to DarkPulse as reported in the SEC filings.
It is our general understanding that certain filings are normally required in order to update ownership records at the patent office, and that the assignee is the one that normally takes care of such filings.
Other questions should be taken up directly with DarkPulse.
