What don’t you understand? They bought the rights and also pay a royalty fee to the university one of the inventors is on the board of $DPLS LMFAO, that’s not good enough? Anthony Brown DPLS HAS THE RIGHTS LOL just like licensing it doesn’t diminish the fact that they can use the patent and advertise it. They are allowed to use the technology as their own very simple to understand.
