They don’t give a shit about equity otherwise.

Think about it...if equity had some magic sauce to get a return then the creditors would be saved....so one would think they would support an official EC.

So while this statement may be true, it so happens that JUDGEMENTS are made that fly in the face of creditor considerations being the only ones to consider... and companies like American Airlines and Tuesday Morning still end up emerging from BK with equity NOT being wiped out...
