EC fantasy won't stop reality. Equity is the bottom of the barrel. Everything, including new debt is in front of equity.

Equity is in the plan, and it cant be more clear, they are getting wiped out. Just read the doc straight from JCPNQ. They are spelling it out for everyone, so no lawsuit after bankruptcy will have a chance.

On the Plan Effective Date, all Equity Interests in JCP shall be extinguished and cancelled. Holders of Existing Equity Interests shall receive no recovery on account of such Existing Equity Interests.

Yeah...that’s it. All the creditors ahead in line to equity just don’t get it. They are getting rolled by the debtor and are just too stupid to see it...including their lawyers and accountants. LOL.
