They could be raising it now (thru the Aspire agreement) but we won't know if that's the case until the next 10Q, due in mid-November. The Subsequent Events section of the 10K would have covered the current period's (9/11-9/28, the due date) share issuances if it hadn't been filed early.

Your question MAY be answered if the mysterious disappearance of the Company Transfer Agent is addressed and they provide the OTCMarkets updates required by OTCQB issuer T/A's.

They have, Aspire deal is 4 weeks old... The question is how can Leo tap up to 30 million with a 20 cent stock to dilute? That won't happen in large amounts unless the stock rallies or Leo does a RS...
How many potential shares would be needed to raise 30 million at current levels? 125 to 150 million... With volume barely a million per/day good luck... Leo has to take a hundred thousand here and there...

When does the company start raising the money for the Covid trial?

1. It has the money for its planned Human Trials...it doesnt need to raise more...unless it chooses to.

2. Leo doesnt waste money...New Hire for Human Trials supervision speaks volumes as what the company is on the verge of...IMO no hire unless IND/FDA is imminent. Therefore IMO IPIX knows IND/FDA imminent.

3. List of regular IPIX disparages pointed out this AM...all using the same Canards...the straw-man is (NOT THAT BRILACIDIN IS NOT THE DYNAMIC THERAPUETIC ... the nation has been waiting for)... WHY WASN'T IT APPROVED YESTERDAY?

...Kobar...and others TAKE A DEEP BREATH...Dr Jeffery Howard, the recent former Key Scientific Advisor to V.P. Pence's Coronavirus Task Force...informed one of our MD. Posters here that upon a complete review of all what IPIX has done...IPIX (Leo) has done everything RIGHT...with bringing Brilacidin to FDA approval...and trials. (I saw and read his email). (third party Due Diligence...not from the company...and there is plenty more where that came from)

...sometimes ... especially in a highly partisan political FDA/CDC...you have to go stealth...not to become a target of being buried by deep state Actors within those agencies...These Health Officials (and some DR on this board) care more about not giving DJT any positive news before Nov 3rd, than the health of the nation.

The Science does not and will not lie...and it will not and cannot be refuted. Remdisivir is marginal without Brilacidin. Human trials (or compassionate use) will demonstrate that IMO within days of first dosing how incredibly effective Brilacidin will be and is.

I welcome more shares down here...I have my bid in.

ps. and Howard is the tip of the iceberg...regarding third party successful efforts by SH independently of the company.
