i never thought to see it at this level. Fill the gap at .036 I was expecting it, but, bounce immediately to the .05s. Well, that's OTC.

Its the dumpers taking this opportunity to dump out maximum holdings while they can. Market will be deeply disappointed when no news of merger on Oct 1, and death crush to zero begins. 4th quarter ends Dec 31, so 3 more months of dumping ahead.
