Thank you, I know I can search for Washington Mutual and get a list of all products. But newflow's assessment was, if you search for the specified CUSIP you get a link to the CUSIP for the U-Escrows.

I could not confirm this!

If you go to the top of the search form, there is a company box. Type “was” and you will see suggestions pop up. Click Washington mutual. Do a search. You will see all the deals for wmi. Then along the top tabs, you can click on investor relations or similar to get another long list. Click on some of those and you will get to a break down. Click on pdf. The pdf shows summary. The summary shows settlement date 9/25/2020 but I don’t know who gets it. Hope it helps. I am writing from memory. I can be more detailed if you can’t get there.

I checked some of them also, and yes some state a settlement date for tomorrow, but I could not match any of the written cusips to ours, so I guess the money will not start to flow in our direction, at least not directly. There have been settlements in the past, like 2018 for example, so that money also already went somewhere, but not to us.

But beside all the "good looking evidence" popping up now here and there and even with hotmeat starting to doubt his no money left theory, I`m very hard trying not to let me horses run to early.

What bothers me the most is why we have not yet seen a payment. What is holding it up? The BK closed in Dec 2019, as we see thee seem to have been payments in the past, so shouldn`t there be a hugh pile of cash already, that could or should have been distributed? And if what ever is keeping them form distribution remained so far, what can make us sure that this will stop?

Is it connected with the FDIC not yet relased? Or with the missing transfer to JPM? Or with the ongoing appeals? And if so, why sould we get paid when these issues are still not resolved by December?

I`m still very concerned that all the money that was just "found" was and still is on its way to JPM.
