I don’t think a transaction has taken place as that would need to be disclosed given they’re public. But I do believe an informal agreement has been reached and they are waiting to announce. It’s pretty clear Simon has a company in his back pocket. I think they will buy Liberty once big board companies are able to own MSOs. Just my opinion.
