October 07 is the deadline for having maintained a share price of $0.01 or greater for at least 10 consecutive trading days. The stock doesn't trade on weekends of course. Maybe Oct.07 counts as a day, so from Thursday they will have 10 trading days (incl. Oct.07) during which the SP has to close at $0.01 or better, every single day.
Better get a zinger of a PR out by Thursday latest...!!
