How would anyone know - Pillsworth doesn't file any financial information since on the OTCM so there isn't a attorney Opinion Letter.
Bowman is the one who got in bed with Schaefer. I didn't trust him in 2018 when he wrote:
"One, we have received no financial support from CCTL whatsoever. We have not received any stock, cryptocurrency, cash payments. We have no formal written agreement with them, just a verbal agreement to work together in the future.
Other than that I cannot vouch for CCTL or Bill, I’ve never even spoken to him."
So Bowman, if you haven't spoken with Schaefer how did you obtain a verbal agreement.
