That's been my position since early 2019 when I took a dispassionate look at the evidence and used common sense when examining the Escrow issue.
Even with that I do still leave some ""room"", albeit a small one, that there is some avenue that was missed whereby we can be compensated.
As I previously stated however, these latest "revelations" may turn out to be nothing, as usual....."Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt!"
