I think use of the media would serve shareholders good, but we need to make sure we police ourselves and keep focused so we can use the media for strategic messaging. Emotion and accusations hold no weight in a courtroom and can work against us. Facts and exhibits do, so we need to stick that. The last thing we want is for the judge to think the shareholders are a bunch of chaotic rioters and dismantle our ability to have an official equity committee. Keep focused for maximum gain and lets not have one emotional apple aggitate the judge and screw it up for the rest of the shareholders.
