Interesting reading I must admit, but.....still not enough for me to buy into just yet.

Seen this type of interesting DD turn out not to be accurate too many times over the years.

I have two questions.....

1) Any idea what the LAPSED designation above the Next Renewal Date: 2018-12-19 signify?

2) Why do you believe the remaining active Securities/Bonds (ISIN's) must/will be paid out by the end of 2020?
