Yep. They filed 9/8, PR it a couple weeks later with great fanfare about the lawsuits the former CEO brought against them. Filing says $2501 worth of assets and $1.7M of debt, but they're going to preserve the common stock. No source of revenue at all to pay off their creditors, but they're going to save the stock. That tells me somebody behind the curtain has a whole lot of it and wanted more than $0.0001 for it, the PPS the stock has traded at for over a year.
