I doubt that we'll get an upward trending pps out of this company upon release of a PR.

IMHO - We might get a spike on news followed by a plummet back down to the old support. Investor confidence, given the slience and percieved apathy of managment, has degraded. They would have to re-establish their credibility by issuing a consistent chain of progressive PRs.
