First time I was not low price grabber, as I own too much, if you had none 2.05 seems like a great tax loss only play .

No lie: first time in 3 years I failed to be lowest bidder executed on NYER and it jumps out of its low!!!!

Last 3 years NYER has been a annuity, but recently has developed some issues on debt struturing, and rumor of buyout less invigorating. I have scaled my projections to mid 2.50's until news gets better.
I own a ton which I average down but trade on way down , trying to catch each uptick before next direction. I am way over weight as end of year selling has reduced the roller coaster action.
