This is an interesting case. I think it was dismissed due to jurisdiction issue. Although I didn’t see GRN Holding specifically listed as part of that dismissal. The lawyer that does all those shell hijackings - Jay Shafer - is the attorney for the plaintiff in this lawsuit.
Perhaps this is where that “rumor” of problems with certs surfaced.
