If McConnell rams through a replacement for RBG then if the Dems win the WH and the senate then all bets are off.

And what makes you think it would not happen, regardless of whether McConnell opts to push this through? Dems have been crying since Kavanaugh was put on the Court and have threatened to "expand" the court before this happened.
