In Inovios defense which you have to somewhat agree too... Alot of what they were working on the past was phased out. This was due to the fact the new infection rate for the givin virus that they were working on dropped below a certain threshold that made it not viable to continue with vaccine development. I call this a smart decision on their part as expenditures going into getting the vaccine passed and manufactured would have by far surpassed any sort of profit that they would have realized.
