What exactly is the history of Barbara Asbell in regards to DECN?

Any idea how many shares she might own?

Are there links to a few posts about her association with DECN? I haven't seen Berman mention her.

Is she an employee?

Does the fact that she seemingly has just reappeared mean the Berman is getting desperate, and needs more help selling new shares?
