then why even make the comment that they didn't submit an application? NP is a liar at worst and incompetent at best. if ANYONE trusts what comes out of this guy's mouth, they deserve the losses.

we now have another data point. any time he has guest speakers, we are going lower. any time he brings up bis mother inlaw he's DESPERATE.

you want a guy who‘s incompetent, lies, misleads and PUTS HIMSELF in desperate situations at the helm? he is his own worst enemy and not fit to lead the company. I wouldn't hire him to run a 7-11.

and now he thinks they deserve 2.5 billion in compensation. ABSURD.

We seem a bit off. FDA website discusses Emergency Use Authorizations. These authorizations for Medical Countermeasures (MCMs) apply to drugs and other Biologics. The company can request an EUA from the FDA and the FDA has described a format and needed information to be submitted with the request. I do not know if there is some confusion over terminology re application vs request. But based on the FDA website there is a process to follow including asking for the designation and preparing supporting documentation.
As I listened to the call, I was confused by the cloudiness of the explanation given by NP. But my interpretation was that CytoDyn did not ask for the authorization.
