If they are back to permitting the public by then I will try to go. If they serve chicken sandwiches at lunchtime I will definitely go.

How long will it take for them to release an actual decision? Off the top of my head I will say it will be sometime in April/May. Even that might not be the end of this - or, as an alternative, it is possible we may get some kind of settlement before then.
