I just have little different opinion here.
To treat moderate patients so they don't become S/C is an emergency..at some point every S/C patient was moderate.
Many S/C patients surviving with different degree of permanent disabilities , and we should do everything to prevent that if all possible.
How many young people need lung transplant after this disease.
If FDA don't consider moderate patients as an emergency treatment , then they don't have a vision anymore , but this is a problem with doctors not working with patients , only with papers..
