#33448 RE: boozeman #33425

@boozeman @stingman I don't believe he is planning on having a lawsuit. I don't believe he planned on having the first one. Geert is a lawyer and he is married to a lawyer. There is a non-zero probability that mistakes were made during this 9+ year trial.

On the topic of when?
The letter has many places that in my opinion tell us to sit back and wait for a very long process to be completed. He does say that "early this year" he started this process, but these phrases made me think we still have some time:

"That is akin to doing a 100% audit of all of the medical results."
"This process is even more complicated for our Phase 3 study ..."
"The length of time it takes to lock data from a study and analyze it depends on the size and complexity of the study, the number of study sites and personnel involved, and the period of time over which the study was conducted."- The trial was the largest, most geographically dispersed, and longest ever conducted.
"The COVID-19 pandemic has complicated and delayed the data lock process"
"Come December 31, ..." - so by the end of the year is the current target.

Good luck on triple witching day tomorrow.
