Thanks for sharing Stingman. Since Geert has already successfully sued, I'm sure he is also making sure he has an air-tight case to sue again if something was missed due to negligence. Don't get me wrong, I don't think he is expecting to need to do that, but I'm sure that is a factor. I read the letter as there is much more time (months) before the data results are released.
Curious as to your "gut" impression. Did Geert strike you as someone who was just looking for the big payoff and walk away after decades of effort fighting to make his company a success, or someone who would want to run an incredible ground breaking enterprise that sets a new paradigm? It can be hard to give up your baby after all that struggle.
