No single store, including that store, was valued at $600K itself. It was the value for each store based on buying the portfolio of properties. There would be a wide variation for individual stores. But again, THAT IS WHAT THE MARKET IS FOR....if the stalking horse bid is some ridiculous low ball then someone can come in and offer more if they want to buy all the properties.
That’s how it works.
If no one comes in and wants to pay more for the portfolio of stores than $600K per...then guess what...that’s what it is.
If someone here thinks it should be more and is ridiculously undervalued then they can go find some investors and offer more...easy peazey
