So you are convinced that Turner will successfully turn OWCP around and increase the price. If you were you would vote for a reverse split instead of increasing the A/S to 2.5 Billion - which will definitely dilute the value of the shareholders stock.

So shareholders don't believe the post split price will hold or increase.

The vote for an A/S increase is a vote of no confidence in Turner.
