Yes, but that was for only some services I believe (primarily Shypdirect as opposed to Prime EFS services, but some of those Prime EFS services will remain). It's not the full contract with Amazon expiring, but it is a decent chunk for Prime EFS expiring.
I am under the impression service was extended to May of 2021 and the contract ends September 30th...thus 6 months notice to both parties to either renegotiate of find other venues.

There are 10,000,000 A shares unfilled and around 2.7 Billion in other's SS to fill.
That tells me either Tlss is being acquired, or Tlss is doing the acquiring... that results in a Board. With Venture OTCQB qualification within the next 6 months as part of their expanded SS.
