I totally disagree. This is common sense stuff and Rich isn't a part of the company, he's a resource that brought in to ensure the company doesn't look like idiots. See Chesapeake prior to this. See any competent ir firm. If it was just Tom and Jerry in the backroom putting out updates on a start up, yeah, it would be pretty accurate. But this is a company run by someone who is supposedly a seasoned wall street veteran, with an outside ir professional brought in to help craft their image and message. To be honest, if I was Gary, after seeing what I've seen for the past few months, I'd severe ties, but I assume you're right in one regard, that all rich is its a guy to answer phones and parrot the amateur messages he's told to parrot. Either way, it's not really acceptable for a public company to miss manage their public outreach this badly and this often imo.
