I believe you. I wonder if the 50M is commitment yet to be satisfied.
I cannot connect 50M issued in July to any document. These 50M if issues in July would have been reported in Subsequent Evens in the 10Q filing down on August 2nd. In addition, if TA updated OTC Markets on 9/1, at least those 50 millions would showed up there under OS if issued in July.
The 10Q talks specifically that prior debt was expired and balance sheet was updated for that. I may have missed the part of 50M issued/to be issued.
In any case, this does not change the going forward picture we are trying to put together. Merger is imminent.
